RDF Predicates

court

Predicate; signifies that a case was heard/decided in a particular court.

Domain: Case (or Citation)

Range: Court

major

Predicate; identifies the "major" number in a numeric citation, e.g. the volume number.

Domain: NumberCite

Range: literal (integer or string)

minor

Predicate; identifies a "minor" number in a numeric citation, e.g. the page number.

Domain: NumberCite

Range: literal (integer or string)

pin

Predicate; identifies a pin cite, i.e. the page at which a particular use of a citation points, different from the starting page.

judge

Predicate; signifies that a case was heard by a particular judge.

Predicate; gives the citation of a case

numberCite

Predicate; identifies a citation to a numerically-identified part of a collection. Usually has 3 parts

A Citation may have multiple numberCites, for parallel citations.

Range: NumberCite

pinCite

Predicate; identifies a use of a NumberCite with an additional specifier, a "pin cite" that points to a specific page number.

Domain: Citation

Range: PinCite

docket

Predicate; gives the docket number for a case. May be repeated for cases with multiple docket numbers.

Refines: dcterms:identifier

Domain: Case

Range: literal strings, should not include the text "No." or "Nos.", but may include non-numeric characters.
